Unqio texts customers on behalf of the business they hired. Every message names that business and how to stop; STOP is honored immediately on every number, START re-subscribes, HELP returns the business name and a way to reach it.
Customers opt in at unqio.app/optin, on the business's online signup form, or by telling the office, and the consent is recorded with the exact words they agreed to. A number that has not opted in is sent one invitation and nothing further until it replies START. Technicians are opted in by their employer when their number is added, and business users opt in to the Unqio assistant inside their account. That step is shown at unqio.app/optin/team.
Both plans include a phone number and 1,500 texts a month. More are bought in blocks of 1,000 under Settings, and bought texts never expire. When the month's texts run out, bulk texts wait; a customer's own receipt or reminder still goes out.
