Pricing and plans
- How much does Unqio cost?
- Two flat plans: Standard at $99 per month ($990 per year) and Professional at $199 per month ($1,990 per year). Both include unlimited office logins and unlimited technicians; the price never changes when you hire.
- Does Unqio charge per user or per technician?
- No. Neither plan charges per person. Technicians open their route from a personal link, and office logins are unlimited on both plans.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. 14 days free with no card, or 44 days free with a card on file through Stripe (nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel any time before).
- What is the difference between Standard and Professional?
- Standard runs a residential route end to end: customers, plans, cases for every request by voicemail, text or email, routing, technician portal, invoicing, autopay, time clock, supplies, phone line and imports. Professional adds the Commercial Sales Accelerator (the HOA and apartment pipeline, proposal maker, outreach campaigns and sales commission), plus review requests with AI-drafted Google replies, multi-truck routing, financial reporting, and the API, MCP server and webhooks.
- What does the Unqio Assistant cost?
- The assistant is the chat in every screen that reads your data, makes changes when you ask and confirms before it writes, and the same assistant on your phone, in the Unqio app. It also runs automations, takes texts from your phone and answers your business line (300 minutes a month included; past that you buy more at $20 per 100 minutes, and they don't expire). Without it, either plan can ask the desktop chat 25 questions a month, answers only. It's an add-on on either plan: free for your first 60 days, then $99 a month per workspace with unlimited users. You can turn it off in one click under Settings → Plan.
- Are there any add-on fees?
- One: texts beyond what the plan includes. Both plans come with a phone number and 1,500 texts a month; past that you buy more at $20 per 1,000, and bought texts do not expire. The Unqio Assistant is an optional add-on. Stripe charges its own card processing fees, and QuickBooks and Google bill you for their own products.
- Can I cancel?
- Monthly plans cancel any time from Settings → Plan. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year. Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation.
- Do cases cost extra?
- No. Cases are in both plans: every voicemail, text or email that asks for something becomes a case. The Unqio Assistant add-on also answers calls live, and anything it can't settle on the call becomes a case too.
What it does
- What is a case?
- When a customer leaves a voicemail, texts your business number or emails you asking for something, Unqio opens a case. It finds the customer's account and writes up what to do: skip a visit, pause service, send a link to update the card on file, reply by text or email, or create a task. You approve it, edit it or close it, from the dashboard or from your phone. Nothing reaches the customer until someone approves it. A thank-you or a thumbs-up opens nothing. When the number or email isn't recognized, it's sorted as a lead or spam automatically, and you can change it with one click.
- Who is Unqio for?
- Pet-waste-removal businesses (pooper-scooper services) in the United States, from owner-operators to multi-truck companies serving homes and communities.
- Does Unqio do route optimization?
- Yes. The planner orders each technician's day by distance from their start depot (road distances when an OSRM server is connected), splits a day across several trucks, and builds or publishes a whole Monday-to-Sunday week at once. Technicians see their route at a link on their phone.
- Does Unqio send review requests?
- Yes, on Professional. After a completed visit a sampled share of customers gets a rating request by text or email inside business hours. Five-star ratings are sent to your Google review link; one to four stars go to a private feedback box first. New Google reviews get an AI-drafted reply for you to approve.
- Does Unqio handle invoicing and payments?
- Yes. Invoices are emailed as PDFs on your letterhead. You can bill monthly in advance, monthly in arrears or per visit, and Unqio can create and send those invoices for you. With Stripe connected, customers keep a card on file; autopay charges the card on file and retries a failed card three times. Customers also get a portal, and QuickBooks Online sync pushes invoices and pulls payments.
- How are my customers billed?
- You price each plan per visit and choose how the customer is billed for it: monthly in advance, monthly in arrears or per visit. Monthly in advance is the default. The customer gets one invoice at the start of the month for the month ahead, a new customer's first invoice only covers the visits left in that month, and a visit you skip comes off their next invoice as a credit. Automatic billing stays off until you turn it on under Settings → Invoices, and before you do it shows you every customer who would be billed and the amount. Autopay charges the card on file and retries a failed card three times.
- Can Unqio text my customers?
- Yes, from a phone number Unqio buys for your workspace (or your own Twilio account): a reminder the evening before a visit, an on-my-way text, an all-done text when the visit is finished (with a photo of the yard if one was taken), review requests and card-on-file links. Customers can text back: the message lands on their record, you get an alert, and you reply from their page. Every text names your business and honors STOP.
- Does Unqio have an API?
- Yes, on Professional: a REST API with per-workspace keys, a JSON-RPC agent-ops endpoint, an MCP server for Claude Desktop and Claude Code, and signed outbound webhooks for events like a won deal or a new review.
- Is there a mobile app?
- Technicians use a mobile web page at a personal link to clock in and out, see today's route with Navigate, Start and Complete, take a photo of the finished yard, and log supply pickups and bag reports, with nothing to install. The office uses the web app, which works on a phone or tablet. Add Unqio to your phone's Home Screen and turn on notifications under Settings → Security, and new cases and reminders arrive as Unqio notifications; one tap opens the case. Nothing to download from an app store.
- How do technicians report bags?
- By text. A technician on the roster texts the business number something like "5 rolls Willow Grove" or "2 headers Parkaire Crossing"; Unqio records the quantity, type, community, date and technician and texts back a confirmation. The office sees every report under Inventory → Bag Tracker, fixes a misspelled community in place, prints a one-page monthly report per community and technician, or exports the month as a CSV. A text from a number that is not on the roster is never recorded, so a customer's message can never become a delivery.
Getting set up
- Can I import my existing customers?
- Yes. Customers → Import accepts a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), matches columns, dedupes by email and phone, and reports every row it skipped and why.
- How long does setup take?
- A workspace is created the moment you sign up. Importing customers, adding your technicians and connecting a mailbox is typically an afternoon; a phone number and Stripe are a few clicks each.
- I already have a website. Do I have to use yours?
- No. Keep your site and add Unqio's signup and quote forms to it. Link to them, send the embed code to whoever looks after your site (Unqio writes that email for you), or ask us to install it. It works on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, GoDaddy and Shopify. Want to keep your own quote tool too? Connect your email, and each submission it sends you lands in Sales as a new lead with a reply ready.
- Does Unqio integrate with QuickBooks?
- Yes, QuickBooks Online: invoices pushed as they are sent, payments pulled back, sales commission and technician pay written as checks, and profit-and-loss and cash on the Financials page.
The company
- Where is Unqio based?
- Unqio is a US company; we sell nationwide and work remotely.
- Is my data mine?
- Yes. Every workspace lives in its own isolated database schema. Your customers, invoices and notes are yours to export at any time; Unqio does not sell data or train models on it.
