Cases
Every request comes with an action plan ready to approve
When a customer leaves a voicemail, texts your business number or emails you asking for something, Unqio opens a case, looks up their account and writes up what to do: skip their next visit, pause service, send a link to update their card, or reply by text or email in your voice. You see the action plan with the customer's details beside it and tap Approve, or edit it first. Nothing reaches a customer until someone approves it, from the dashboard or from your phone.
Field ops
Plan the routes and send them to your technicians' phones
Plan the day in one click and split it across trucks. Each technician opens their route from a link on their phone, so there is nothing to install and no password to remember. Customers get a text the night before, another when the truck is on its way, and an all-done text when the visit is finished, with a photo of the yard if your technician took one.
Money
Invoices go out on their own and get paid by card
Bill monthly in advance, monthly in arrears or per visit. Autopay charges the card on file and retries a failed card three times. Customers can see their invoices and update their card in a portal. Invoices and payments sync with QuickBooks, and sales commission is worked out for whoever won the contract.

Win HOA and apartment contracts
Keep track of every community, its manager and the management company behind it. Move deals across a board, send a proposal the manager can open from a link, and follow up with emails sent from your own mailbox.

After a visit, some of your customers get a short message asking how it went. Customers who give five stars are sent to your Google review page. This gives you a chance to reach out to any customer that didn't give you 5 stars and make things right.
