What Unqio does, module by module

Built for pet waste removal businesses that run residential routes and commercial contracts, with technicians in trucks and an office that is often one person.

Cases

Every request comes with an action plan ready to approve

When a customer leaves a voicemail, texts your business number or emails you, Unqio checks whether they are asking for something. If they are, it finds their account and opens a case; a "thanks!" or a thumbs-up opens nothing. Under the message it writes up what should happen: skip their next visit, pause service, send a link to update the card on file, reply by text or email in your voice, update the notes your technicians see, or create a task for the office. The customer's address, plan and next visits sit beside it so you can check it. Tap Approve and every step happens at once; edit it first, or close it and handle it yourself. Nothing reaches a customer until someone approves it. Cases are in both plans.

  • Open cases on the dashboard and under Customers → Cases
  • New cases reach your phone as Unqio notifications (add Unqio to your Home Screen), or by text or email if you'd rather; one tap opens the case to approve
  • A number you don't know is sorted for you: a new lead lands in Sales with a reply ready, spam is set aside, and anyone else you link in a tap
  • Every approved step logged on the customer's timeline, with who approved it
  • Calls the Unqio Assistant can't settle become cases too
  • Texts to your business number and emails to your connected mailbox, from customers and contacts on file

Customers & service

Homes, communities, and the plan behind each visit

Every residential customer carries their frequency, price, technician notes and gate code. Activate them and a service plan appears with the next three visits already forecast; pause them for a date range (a vacation, a hold) and the schedule skips those dates and resumes on its own. Commercial customers are communities (apartments, HOAs, office parks) with their managers and management companies attached.

Already have a website? Keep it. Add Unqio's signup and quote forms to any page, or keep your own form: its submissions land in Sales as new leads.

  • Import from a spreadsheet with column matching and a report of what was skipped
  • Self-serve signup on your website: the price, a first visit date, promo codes and a card on file, booked onto the route
  • A public quote form for leads, with one-click Add to CRM
  • Service orders with lines, preferred day, time windows and access instructions

Field ops

The route planner, the technician portal, and the texts in between

Pick a date and a technician; the planner orders the day's visits by distance (road distances when you connect an OSRM server), from their start depot. Publish it and the technician sees it at a link they already have, so there is no app to install and nothing to log into. At a stop they tap Start and a clock runs; they finish with Complete, with a photo of the yard if you ask for one, or Skip. Restart puts back a stop started by mistake.

  • Night-before, on-my-way and all-done texts to customers, inside your business hours only
  • A photo and a note on every completed visit, and you choose whether your technicians must add them
  • Split a day across several trucks (Professional)
  • Time clock by portal or by text (IN / OUT), with a 16-hour cap and weekly pay sheets
  • Bag reports by text ('6 rolls Willow Grove'), supply stock and draws, equipment requests
  • Recurring technician tasks (oil changes, washes, station restocks) with photo proof
  • A live map of published routes as they progress

Money

Invoices, autopay, QuickBooks and commission

Invoices are built from completed visits and sent from your company name with a PDF on your letterhead. You can bill monthly in advance, monthly in arrears or per visit, and Unqio can create and send those invoices for you. Connect Stripe and customers keep a card on file; autopay charges the card on file and retries a failed card three times, and a customer portal handles the rest. QuickBooks stays in step: invoices pushed, payments pulled, commission and payroll paid by check.

  • Amounts are stored to the cent, so totals never drift from rounding
  • A failed card is retried three times, with a link for the customer to update it
  • Commission with rates per seller, a holdback, and a payout window, frozen when the deal is won
  • Partner invoices: bill the landscaper or management company that hires you
  • Financials: cash-flow plan with debts, run rate, commercial AR with QuickBooks deposits matched (Professional)

Sales · Professional

The commercial pipeline

Communities move through lead, contacted, proposal sent, on hold, won and lost. A won deal makes the community active and records commission. The proposal maker builds a deck with your letterhead, your pricing and a public link the manager can read on their phone.

  • Deal board with monthly and annual values
  • Proposal PDF with an optional AI polish
  • Outreach campaigns with email, call and text steps on business days, sent from the mailbox of the person who owns the campaign
  • Replies classified and turned into leads and tasks

Reputation · Professional

Reviews, requested politely and answered in your voice

After a completed visit, a sampled slice of customers gets a rating request: capped per day, never twice inside the cooldown, and only inside business hours. Five stars go to your Google review link; one to four stars go to a private feedback box first, and the office hears about it four ways.

  • Google Business Profile connected per workspace
  • Every new review gets a drafted reply the moment it lands: approve, edit or regenerate
  • Auto-post off by default; on, it waits 16 hours and skips anything already answered

Messaging & phone

One phone number for the whole business

Get a number in your area code (or bring your own Twilio account). Calls hit an IVR that knows your hours; every voicemail is transcribed and becomes a case with an action plan ready to approve. A number with the menu switched off still takes a message. Texts from customers file on their timeline, alert the number you choose, and are answered from the customer's page; a list shows every text nobody has answered yet. Texts from your technicians are commands. A text from a number you don't recognize gets a reply saying it arrived, with your office number, and is sorted for you: a new lead opens a case with a reply ready, spam is set aside, and anyone else waits for you to say who it is.

  • STOP and START honored everywhere
  • A phone number and 1,500 texts a month on both plans; more in blocks of 1,000 that never expire
  • New numbers: link to a record, add one, or dismiss

On your phone

The assistant on your phone

Add Unqio to your phone's Home Screen and it opens on the Assistant page: what needs you right now, in one list. On every plan, each new case arrives as an Unqio notification with its action plan, and one tap takes you to it. With the Unqio Assistant add-on, the same page becomes the assistant: your reminders, and a chat where you ask it anything in plain words or tell it what to do: anything that would reach a customer comes back as a card with Approve, Edit and Cancel, and nothing goes out until you tap. It also brings cards on its own: a new customer who signed up on your website, with a personal hello ready to send, and someone who started signing up and stopped, with the follow-up email ready. On every plan, new cases reach your phone as Unqio notifications, or by text or email if you'd rather.

  • "Text everyone on Sam's route we're running two hours late" texts each customer by first name and moves the route's start
  • "Remind me Thursday at 3 to call the Oak Ridge board", with Done and Snooze when it comes due
  • A new-customer card with your hello ready to approve, by text or email
  • An unfinished-signup card with the follow-up ready, sent by itself a day later if you don't tap
  • Approve, Edit or Close a case from the notification's page
  • Nothing to download from an app store
  • Only people whose login can make changes can approve

Assistant and API

The Unqio Assistant, and an API for everything else

The Unqio Assistant sits in the corner of every screen and answers questions about your data. Ask it to make a change and it shows you exactly what it will do before it does, and every write it makes appears on the record's timeline. It also answers your business line when you turn that on: it tells a customer their next visit, skips or pauses service, quotes from your price list, or puts the caller through to a person, and anything it can't settle becomes a case. Phone answering needs a connected number and includes 300 minutes a month. It is an add-on on either plan: free for your first 60 days, then a flat monthly price per workspace, unlimited users. Outside the app (Professional), API keys, an MCP server for Claude Desktop and Claude Code, and signed webhooks let anything else you run work the same records.

  • 48 operations, one catalog behind REST, JSON-RPC, MCP and the chat
  • Webhooks for won deals, replies, new numbers, invoices and reviews: signed, retried, logged
  • Keys hashed at rest, revocable in one click

See it with sample data

The live demo is a full workspace with sample customers, routes and invoices. You can click anything, and no real emails or texts are sent. You can also open a sample customer's own page, the portal your customers use to skip a visit, pause while they're away and pay their invoices.
