Terms of Service

Last updated October 1, 2026.

These terms cover your use of Unqio ("the service"), provided by Unqio LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your business.

Your account and workspace

A workspace belongs to the business that created it. You are responsible for who you give logins to and for what they do. Keep your password to yourself; tell us at once if you think it has leaked.

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Plan or by writing to us. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month; annual plans stop at the end of the paid year. We do not refund partial periods unless the law says we must.

Trials and billing

Trials are free. A 14-day trial needs no card. A 44-day trial needs a card on file through Stripe and is not charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and nothing is charged. When a trial ends without a plan, the workspace is put on hold. Nothing is deleted, and it reopens when you subscribe.

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the pricing page. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price changes for you. Taxes are added where required.

3. Text messaging: Unqio is the sender of record

Unqio sends text messages to your customers as a registered messaging brand on your behalf (an independent software vendor under the carriers' A2P 10DLC rules). Every message identifies Unqio as the sender and names your business. Unqio owns and operates the text-message consent experience end to end: the public opt-in page at unqio.app/optin, the consent checkbox on your signup form, the single opt-in invitation sent to a number without recorded consent, the confirmation message, and the STOP, START and HELP keywords. You may not alter these, send around them, or text a number the service reports as not opted in or opted out.

Consent is recorded per phone number with the disclosure the person agreed to, the source, the time and (for web forms) the network address. When you record consent from the office you warrant that the person agreed, in words to the same effect, to receive recurring account and service texts from your business sent by Unqio. A STOP from any number is honored immediately across every message type and cannot be overridden except by that person opting in again.

Messages are account and service notices (scheduling, visit reminders, billing, service confirmations, and replies to questions), not promotions. You are responsible for the content you put in templates and messages, and you agree to comply with the TCPA, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier rules. We may pause texting from a workspace that draws complaints or filters. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply to recipients. Questions about texting go to support@unqio.app.

Text message terms (for people who receive our texts)

Program. Unqio sends account and service text messages on behalf of the pet waste removal business you signed up with: visit reminders, on-the-way and visit-done notices, billing and card-on-file links, requests to rate a visit, and replies to your questions. Technicians of those businesses receive their work link and short confirmations of the texts they send in. People who use Unqio to run their business may also receive verification codes and replies from the Unqio assistant to messages they send.

Opting in. You opt in by ticking the consent box at unqio.app/optin or on your provider's signup form, or by replying START to our invitation. Technicians are opted in by their employer when their number is added, and business users opt in inside their account, as shown at unqio.app/optin/team. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that number. We send one message confirming you're opted out and nothing more. Reply START to opt back in.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email support@unqio.app.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy at unqio.app/privacy. We do not share your mobile number or consent with third parties for marketing.

Your data

Your customers, contacts, invoices and everything else you enter are yours. We store them in an isolated database schema per workspace and use them only to run the service for you. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train models. You can export your records at any time; when a workspace is cancelled we keep its data for 90 days in case you change your mind, then delete it.

Third-party services

Stripe, QuickBooks, Google, Twilio, your email provider and Anthropic each have their own terms, and you agree to them when you connect that service. What they charge you is between you and them.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work hard to keep the service up and your data safe, and we back it up daily. The service is provided as is; we do not promise it is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from messages you sent, data you entered, or your breach of these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; when the change matters we will email the workspace owner first. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. Questions go to support@unqio.app.
