Changelog
What shipped
Every workspace runs the same version, so what is listed here is live for everyone the day it is listed.
Phone assistant: buy more minutes, and instructions written for you
- The Unqio Assistant still includes 300 phone minutes a month. Past that, buy more under Settings → Phone: $20 per 100 minutes, used after the included ones, and they don't expire. When both run out, the answering menu and voicemail take new calls and you get one email.
- The minutes box that could only lower the limit is gone.
- Write the instructions for me: answer four questions (HOAs and businesses, same-day visits, who takes messages, what never to promise) and the assistant drafts its standing instructions from them plus your towns, hours and house rules. Callers don't hear the draft until you click Use this draft.
Settings: one Website tab for everything residential
- Settings → Website now holds the site, the residential prices, the online signup (who can sign up, the ZIPs you serve, the card, the welcome email) and the forms and leads, as four sections. The Pricing and Website forms tabs are gone; their old links open the right section.
- Commercial pricing stays with Proposals.
Low stock, with a Buy more link
- When a supply's count drops to its warn-at line, you get one card on the Assistant page (and an Unqio notification) with a Buy more link, Ordered and Dismiss.
- The link is the item's own reorder URL, or the supplier page you set under Inventory → Where you buy supplies.
- A count back above the line clears it, so the next time it runs low you hear again.
Automatic invoicing for communities
- On a community's Invoices tab, choose how it is billed each month: a flat monthly fee on the 1st for the month ahead, or the work orders actually completed, billed on the last day of the month.
- Email each invoice to the property manager (or any address) as soon as it is made, or keep it as a draft to review and send.
- In the last days of the month the dashboard lists work orders still open for communities billed on completed work, with one-click Mark done or Skip, so nothing is left off the invoice.
A playbook for cases, and every message in one place
- Settings → Cases → Playbook: for each kind of request (skip, pause, schedule change, billing, complaint, cancel, new service, question), choose which steps the action plan always or never takes, whether the reply is written for you, filled in from your template, or not sent, and how urgent it is.
- The playbook is enforced on every write-up, and every case still waits for you to approve it.
- Settings → Messages lists every message a customer can get from you, with a preview and a link to edit it.
One-off tasks
- Tell the assistant "remind me Thursday to renew the registration" or "have Sam wash the truck Friday" and it goes on the Tasks list and the dashboard like any other task, and into the technician's link when it's theirs.
- If it's still open the morning it's due, whoever asked gets an Unqio notification. Nothing goes to Telegram.
- Tasks: add a one-off task for a day by hand, with an assignee and notes.
- Promo codes go to leads by email only. Texts from Unqio are account and service messages, never promotions.
The week builds itself
- Settings → Routing: Build the week automatically. Pick a day and time (say Friday at 4 PM) and Unqio routes the coming week for whoever works each day, publishes it, and sends you a summary.
- A customer's time window is now a rule the route follows, not a note: mornings-only stops land in the morning, afternoons-only in the afternoon.
- A visit that gets skipped or paused comes off its route on its own, and a new signup, make-up or first cleanup is fitted onto the day's route.
- The route planner lists every visit this week that still needs a route, by day, right under Publish the week.
Contracts with e-signature
- Sales → Contracts: upload any PDF (a service agreement, a gate or dog waiver, a technician agreement), drag signature, initials, date, name, text and checkbox fields onto it, and send it for signature.
- Several signers sign in order, each on their own link, on a phone or a computer. Draw or type a signature once and it fills every spot.
- When the last person signs, everyone gets the signed PDF with a certificate of completion and the full audit trail, and it is filed on the customer or community.
- Standard sends 5 contracts a month; Professional is unlimited.
Contracts to sign, and a fuller welcome email
- Contracts: upload any PDF, place signature, initials, date, name, text and checkbox fields, and send it. Signers sign in order, each on their own link, with no account.
- The signed PDF comes back with a certificate of completion and an audit trail, emailed to everyone and filed on the record. Standard includes 5 a month; Professional is unlimited.
- The default welcome email for a new customer now names their regular service day, explains the three texts around each visit, and gives your number to call or text. A welcome email you have already edited stays as you wrote it.
Your own rules for cases
- Settings → Cases: house rules, in plain sentences, that every case write-up follows (for example "Never promise a same-day visit").
- Choose how replies sign off; blank uses your business name.
- Saved replies: up to 12, offered beside the reply box on every case, and the assistant reuses their wording when one fits. Nothing sends until you approve.
New leads and spam sorted for you
- A text, voicemail, phone message or email from a number or address you don't know is sorted automatically: a new lead, spam, or someone to identify.
- A new lead lands in Sales → Leads with a case and a reply ready to approve, usually with your signup link. Approving adds them as a pending customer, ready for a service plan, and sends it.
- Spam opens no case and sends no alert, and later messages from the same sender stay quiet. Cases → Spam lists them, with Not spam to undo.
- On any case from someone you don't know: New lead, Spam, or link them to a customer.
Unqio on your phone
- Add Unqio to your phone's Home Screen and turn on notifications under Settings → Security. New cases and reminders arrive as Unqio notifications on every plan, and a tap opens the case.
- If nobody has notifications on, a new case still goes by text to your alert number, or by email.
Texts and emails become cases
- On either plan, new cases reach your phone, with or without the Unqio Assistant add-on.
- Without the add-on, the desktop chat answers 25 questions a month (answers only; changes are an add-on feature).
- A text to your business number or an email to your connected mailbox that asks for something opens a case with an action plan ready to approve, the same as a voicemail. Thanks and thumbs-ups open nothing.
- Emails from residential customers are now matched by address and filed on their timeline.
The assistant in plain words; LinkedIn in the social calendar
- Ask or tell the assistant anything in plain words, and anything that reaches a customer comes back as a card with Approve, Edit and Cancel (Unqio Assistant add-on).
- A new self-serve customer arrives as a card with a personal hello ready to approve; an unfinished online signup arrives with the follow-up email ready.
- One-off reminders, with Done and Snooze.
- "Text everyone on the route we're running late" texts each customer by first name and moves the route's start.
- Social calendar: LinkedIn as a channel you post by hand, with its own wording and a Mark posted button so the calendar keeps the record.
- The welcome email a homeowner gets after signing up online is now a template you can edit under Settings → Pricing, and it names the first visit date.
Cases in both plans, arrival windows
- Cases are included in Standard as well as Professional.
- The night-before text gives a two-hour arrival window worked out from the route plan.
- When a stop is skipped, the next customer gets their on-my-way text right away.
Signup, technicians, proposals and the dashboard
- Signup: a preferred first visit date up to three weeks out, the area to clean, cleaning notes, promo codes and a Schedule your first clean now button.
- The first cleanup is priced by how long since the yard was last cleaned, with four prices under Settings → Pricing.
- Promo codes: a discount on every visit for a set number of months, or on the first cleanup; send one to leads by email or text.
- Technician link: each stop's planned start, a running clock from Start, a photo of the finished yard, Complete, and Restart for a stop started by mistake.
- Proposal maker: the PDF redraws beside the form as you edit.
- Dashboard: Tasks due today, Collections, and the three newest cases and leads.
- Mailboxes: Sign in with Google or Microsoft, or a guided app-password route.
- Live map: thicker route lines in colors the map never uses.
- New logo: a lime U app icon and a wordmark drawn from the same shapes.
Cases, two-way texting, texts included
- Cases: every voicemail becomes a case with an action plan ready to approve (skip, pause, card link, reply or task), approved in one tap from the dashboard or your phone.
- Two-way texting: customers' texts land on their record with an alert, and you reply from their page. Texts from new numbers wait under Customers → Texts.
- Both plans include a phone number and 1,500 texts a month; more are bought in blocks of 1,000 and never expire.
- Live map of today's routes, following the roads.
New mark
- Unqio has a new logo: the lime square is the dot on the i, the app icon and the favicon.
The assistant becomes an add-on
- Unqio Assistant on either plan: free for the first 60 days, then a flat monthly price per workspace, unlimited users.
- Settings → Plan shows where it stands and turns it on or off in one click.
- Professional's commercial tools are named: the Commercial Sales Accelerator.
Week planner, three-times-weekly service, pauses, sample data
- Route planner shows Monday–Sunday; Build Mon–Sun and Publish the week.
- Three times weekly frequency; twice- and three-times-weekly plans pick their weekdays.
- Pause service for a date range instead of an on/off switch.
- Schedule a one-off visit by hand.
- Add / remove sample data in any workspace.
Platform: signup, plans, operators, demo
