The planner shows Monday to Sunday with each day's visits, routes and completed stops. Optimize this day orders one technician's stops by distance from their depot for that weekday; ticking several technicians splits the day by area (Professional).
Build Mon–Sun does the same for every day of the week that has visits; days already published are left alone unless you force a rebuild. Publish the week flips every draft live.
Distances are straight-line unless an OSRM server URL is set under Settings → Routing, in which case they are road distances.
Customers can receive a reminder the evening before, an on-my-way text and an all-done text with the visit photo (opt-in per workspace, inside business hours only). Technicians start a clock when they arrive and can add a photo and a note when they tap Complete, and Settings → Routing can require either one.
