How visits are scheduled

Plans, frequencies, preferred days, pauses and the forecast.

Every customer has a service plan: a frequency, up to one preferred weekday per visit in the week, an optional start date and the lines that price a visit.

Unqio keeps three upcoming visits forecast per active plan. Weekly plans repeat on the preferred day; twice- and three-times-weekly plans with days picked land on exactly those weekdays every week (Mon + Thu; Mon/Wed/Fri); without picked days they space 3–4 or 2–2–3 days apart.

A pause is a date range on the customer (a vacation, a hold). Visits inside the window are skipped and the schedule resumes after it; leaving the end blank pauses until further notice.

The office can add a one-off visit on any date from the route planner. Completing a visit, from the technician's link or the office, makes it billable.
