## What it does

- Cases: every customer request by voicemail, text or email becomes a case with an action plan ready to approve (skip a visit, pause service, update the technician notes, send a card-update link, reply by text or email, or create a task), approved with one tap. Nothing reaches the customer until someone approves it.
- Unqio on your phone: add it to the Home Screen and new cases arrive as notifications; a tap opens the case to approve.
- Customers and service plans priced by number of dogs and visit frequency, with visits forecast ahead and pauses for vacations.
- Route planner that orders each technician's day and builds the whole week at once, plus a live map of today.
- Technician portal at a personal link on their phone (no app, no login): today's route, Navigate, Start with a running clock, a yard photo, Complete.
- Customer texts the night before with an arrival window, on the way, and when the visit is done; two-way texting from a phone number included on both plans.
- Invoicing from completed visits, card on file, autopay, a customer portal, QuickBooks Online sync, time clock and technician pay.
- An operator website built from the business's own prices and service area, with online signup that books the first cleanup.
